In connection with the 100th anniversary of IVA (Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences), the event "Experience, discover and explore - as an engineer" was organized with 600 participating 7th grade students.

The MiM and BMS groups were represented at the event at the National Museum of Science and Technology in Stockholm with the workshop "Spare parts for the human body". The school classes that participated in the workshop got to try to mix bone cement just as you would do when you fix bones, explore implants that are used today, how they look like and how they work and watch a 3D-printer in action and how it can be used to fabricate implants.
