Lotte Clasina Columba Duijn

I am working with Morteza Aramesh on a project concerning 3D-printed scaffold structures for activation and transfection of T-lymphocytes. I will be doing this as a Master thesis project in forensic science. The project has a few phases which, in order, are:

• The designing of 3D nano porous scaffold structures
• Optimization of printing conditions and ink
• Transfection of T-lymphocytes
• Characterization of T-lymphocytes
