How can I register and pay for the meeting?

To register for the meeting you just need to submit the online registration form at https://doit.medfarm.uu.se/bin/kurt3/kurt/49679. There you will find details explaining how to pay the meeting fee via bank transfer. Once payment has been received, you will receive confirmation of your registration.

What is included in the cost of the meeting fee?

The meeting registration fee is 1500 SEK (exc. VAT) and includes the programme, access to all meeting sessions and keynote talks, morning and afternoon refreshments, lunch during both days and the meeting dinner on 1 June. You are kindly requested to inform us of any special dietary requirement during the registration process.

Can I cancel my registration?

You may cancel your registration by informing the organising committee at smils2022@angstrom.uu.se. However, the fee is non-refundable.

When will the programme be available?

The programme will be available on the website as soon as it is finalised.

Is there parking available onsite?

The main parking areas are located at the southern entrance to Ångström and the newly built car park at Grindstugan. You can find more information on location and charges at https://angstrom.uu.se/angstrom-laboratory/parking/.
