Low dimensional materials for energy applications
Converting sunlight to electricity, fuels and chemicals are important approaches to utilize the solar energy. Inorganic materials, molecular devices with photosensitizer, or catalyst decorated semiconductors used as photo electrodes can be used to perform such solar energy conversion.Our group is mainly working on preparation, development and fundamental studies of low dimensional materials for catalytic and solar cell applications.
